WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
Depending on what type of account you’ve applied for, the documents required are different.
Individual Account
An individual account is one in which you will be using yourself, for personal trading.
Photo ID – acceptable forms of photo identification to open an account are:- A valid passport
- A valid government ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID
- A valid National Identity Card
Proof of residence – acceptable forms of proof of residence are:
- A utility or landline phone bill, or a bank statement
All proof of residences must be current and not outdated by more than 180 days
Joint Account
A Joint account is one in which there are two main users, both who can deposit, withdraw and trade.
The following documents are required for both primary and secondary account holders:
Photo ID – acceptable forms of photo identification are:- A valid passport
- A valid government ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID
- A valid National Identity Card
*Please note that all photo IDs are verified through third-party compliance software.
Proof of residence – acceptable forms of proof of residence are:
- A utility or landline phone bill, or a bank statement
All proof of residences must be current and not outdated by more than 90 day
Corporate
A corporate account is one which enterprises can open a trading account.
Photo ID for all directors and any shareholders who own over 25% of shares – The following are acceptable forms of photo identification:- A valid passport
- A valid government ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID
- A valid National Identity Card
Proof of residence for all directors and any shareholders who own over 25% of shares – The following are acceptable forms of proof of residence:
- A utility or landline phone bill, or a bank statement
All proof of residences must be current and not outdated by more than 90 days
Company information- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation
Company proof of address
- A utility or landline phone bill, or a bank statement
All proof of residences must be current and not outdated by more than 90 days

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
Account opening times vary by client, but provided you’ve supplied your documents and they are acceptable, you should receive your login details within two working days.

WHY ISN’T MY COUNTRY INCLUDED IN THE LIST?
Due to regulatory and compliance reasons we are unable to open accounts from some countries. For more information, please contact us.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TRADING ACCOUNTS?
Yes, you can. To request an additional account, log in to EZY Dashboard and request for an additional account. Once the account is setup, you can quickly and easily transfer funds between accounts directly through us and start trading.

CAN I OPEN A JOINT ACCOUNT?
Yes. Joint account applications are much like individual accounts, but there are two applicants who must complete personal details and send through identification and proof of residence documents. Please apply through EZY Dashboard.

CAN I OPEN A CORPORATE ACCOUNT?
Yes. Applying for a Corporate Account is simple and easy. Please complete the online application form and submit ID, Proof of Address and Corporate documents as indicated on the application. You can also submit these by emailing to support@midazorion.com with the requested documents attached.

DO DEMO ACCOUNTS REFLECT COMMISSIONS?
Yes, demo accounts reflect commissions that are charged on accounts.

DO DEMO ACCOUNTS EXPIRE?
Demo accounts for the MT4 platform will expire after 30 days of inactivity, so please make sure you use the platform periodically.

CAN YOUR STAFF RETRIEVE MY DEMO ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
Unfortunately, our Support team are unable to retrieve passwords for demo accounts. If you have opened a demo account on the platform, please find your demo account number and password in the automatic email sent out to your mailbox on our EZYFX MT4 terminal -Mailbox tab. Please be reminded to safely save and store your log in details when you open the account.

WILL MY ACCOUNT WITH EZYFX NEED TO BE VERIFIED?
Yes. We pride ourselves on abiding by the highest standards of compliance and anti money-laundering procedures. This requires all trading accounts to be verified. To verify your account you will need to provide with copies of the following documents:
- Personal ID Document
Copy of your Passport or national photo ID card or Driver’s license. Expiry date should be not less than 3 months from date of submission to us.
- Proof of address
A utility bill in your name clearly showing the address used to open your trading account with us (gas, water, electricity, fixed phone , etc.) or bank statement in your name. Issue date should be not more than 3 months before date of submission to us.
Acceptable file formats: gif, jpg, png or pdf.

IS IT NECESSARY TO INSTALL SOFTWARE TO MY COMPUTER TO TRADE WITH YOU?
No. While we do provide a desktop version of our MetaTrader 4 trading platform which can be downloaded and installed on your PC, all our clients also get access to a web-based version of the platform. Using the web-based platform does not require any software download or installation.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU?
We believe in making our trading accounts accessible to the widest possible cross-section of traders and an EZYFX account can be opened with a starting deposit as low as $10.

DO YOU CHARGE ANY FEES FOR DEPOSITS?
EZYFX will not charge any processing fees for account funding. Please be aware however that your bank or credit card company may apply fees to your transactions. Please check with your bank for more details.

WHAT IS LEVERAGE?
Leverage is a way to maximize your trading power by multiplying the funds available in your trading account and is a form of “credit” from your broker. EZYFX accounts can have leverage as high as 1:1000. For example, if you deposit $1,000 in your trading account with 1:200 leverage, you will effectively be able to open trading positions of up to $200,000. Leverage increases losses as well as profits, so please use with caution.

We operate with fully segregated accounts and client funds are never deposited with any EZYFX corporate funds. Your funds are safe and accessible at all times.

WILL I EXPERIENCE SLIPPAGE?
While our normal execution model does not allow for slippage, this may become evident in volatile market conditions. This is not something over which we have any control.
